Around the Block - Episode 4
July 6, 2017
Cody Diesbourg is a multiple time karate world champion with over 25 years of experience. Brigitte Pellerin started doing karate in 2001, at the age of 30 and has trained non-stop since then, including through three pregnancies. Together they share their experience in the hope that it can help you be the best you can be.
In this episode, we discuss who we think karate is for (part two of a two-part conversation).
We spend a lot of time putting together this podcast, and we want it to remain free and widely available to all who might find it interesting. If you find value in what we do and would like to support Around the Block with a little money, please use one of the options below. The "Donate" button is for one-time donations, and the Patreon.com link is for monthly pledges. There's also a PayPal option. Because we like to cover all our bases. Thanks!
NOTE: We support this karate program for street children in Saint-Louis, Senegal, and will donate a portion of our earnings to it.
Can't get enough of those cool karate stories? Have I got a book recommendation for you...
