Don't know if I've mentioned it often enough, but I'm a huge fan of Brené Brown. Every time she opens her mouth, I hear my life. Except with better ways to understand what's wrong with it and how to fix it. I'm in the middle of her The Gifts of Imperfection, and came across this wonderful bit, and thought I'd share it with you:
